PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders will typically be processed within 3 - 5 business days after your FULL payment is received and cleared, then shipped within 3 - 6 business days there after. Your order could take 6 - 13 business days to reach your front door. If you are paying by certified check or money order, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to clear. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered. We allow will-call/pick-up orders from our warehouse, a $10 dollar handling charge will be applied. Please call our toll-free number for instructions on pick-up. Sorry, no COD or Escrow.

We currently only ship to the Continental USA. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
100% Money back guarantee for defective items. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 15 days of purchase or delivery. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours. If packages are delivered in unfit condition, please refuse shipment and contact us within 24 hours. Returns and exchanges for any other reason will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Due to the size of our items, returns and exchanges for non defective reasons are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for return shipment.

WARRANTY
All of our products carry a 1 year limited parts and service-call warranty. We supply parts, and buyers are responsible for any labor involved in repairs. We will offer telephone service to assist in repairs. All electronic parts carry a 3 months limited warranty.

SALES TAX
We collect sales tax in the state of California. All shipments to CA are subject to California Sales Tax.
